Working Principle

The pressure sensor diffuses a Wheatstone bridge on a silicon wafer and the bridge dielectric resistance (piezoresistive) changes by applying pressure to the medium under test (gas or liquid) to create a differential voltage signal. This signal through a dedicated amplifier, the corresponding range of the signal into a standard analog signal or digital signal.
